It’s no secret Saddlemen builds one of the best seats in the game and we’re honored to have them build seats for us. For details on how the process works, please read below.

How it works:

1. Select your style bike from the drop-down menu.

2. Checkout with that seat.

3. In checkout, be sure to include your phone number so we can call you to customize your seat.

4. We will call you to review the design options for your Custom Odin X Saddlemen seat.

5. Your seat ordered is submitted to Saddlemen and goes into production - production time varies and is estimated with each purchase.

6. Read the FAQs below and the important details on fitment before ordering.

Please note: production time is seasonal and can vary based on demand. Generally, it takes about three to four weeks, but sometimes as little as 2 weeks.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: $40 flat rate from us to you.

Q: How much are custom stitch colors?

A: All customization fees aside from the passenger gel insert are covered by us.

Q: Can you make one for my bike?

A: If Saddlemen makes a seat for your motorcycle year and model then yes. Reach out if you don't see your bike model listed on our site.

Q: Can you make more than just Saddlemen Step Up models?

A: Yes, we can help you customize any motorcycle seat Saddlemen makes. Pricing may vary but it's doable.

Q: How long is the production time?

A: Generally, three to four weeks under normal conditions. Pandemic, show season and peak summer sees a spike.

Q: Can you help me visualize it?

A: After you've purchased a seat Odin MFG offers computer mockups to help assist you to visualize what it will look like.

Q: Can I add SaddleGel to the passenger seat?

A: Yes, it's a separate item option under the Saddlemen category on our site. Simply add it to the order like any other item and we will make sure it's in there

Q: I have an aftermarket dash/tank/rear fender - will the seat fit?

A: Honestly, how on earth would we know? If your stock seat fits then there's probably a good chance. In saying that, we can't expect Saddlemen to modify seats for every custom motorcycle product or know the fitment with thousands of aftermarket parts. So, if you have some heavy custom mods please use common sense. That’s part of the custom game.

Early model baggers may require a small dash extension kit to fill the gap from seat to dash - the part is available from Drag Specialties USA part #408117
